Our story

From the route to the platform.

December 2024

Maranatha Tech Solutions opened in Westfield.

Andrew Murray started Maranatha Tech Solutions in Westfield, Indiana to provide IT services, IT support, and work design for residential and commercial customers. The shop ran lean, one operator wearing every hat from quoting to dispatch to invoicing, and the software stack underneath it had to do the same.

Early 2025

The bolt-together stack didn't fit.

We started on a field-service platform with a half-dozen add-on subscriptions, including a fuel service module, and quickly realized none of it was designed for the way the work actually flowed. Audits lived in one tool, equipment history in another, evidence in a phone camera that never made it into anything official. After a few months of pushing through different software, we built an internal portal that did exactly what the business needed.

2026

Servora becomes the product.

Conversations with operators in our network kept landing on the same gap: nobody was shipping a field-service operating system that put audits, tracking, and back-end friction in one place. Servora is not a once-in-a-while quoting tool like Jobber or QuoteIQ, it's the platform for technical service teams who have to prove the work was done correctly. We combine fifteen years of software experience with field work across residential and commercial customers to fill the gap the others left behind.
