Accessibility
Servora is built for people doing technical work in real conditions, on a ladder, in a basement, in a service truck at 6 AM. Accessibility is operational, not optional. This page describes where we are and where we know we still have work to do.
Our target
We target WCAG 2.2 AA across the marketing surface and the authenticated application. Every shipped surface goes through an accessibility audit before launch, and we run automated checks in CI to catch regressions.
What works today
Keyboard navigation across the application; visible focus state on every interactive element; semantic landmarks (main, nav, aside, footer) on every page; text contrast that meets AA on body copy and AAA where we can.
- Keyboard-only navigation across every page
- Screen reader support tested with VoiceOver, NVDA, and JAWS
- 200% text zoom without horizontal scroll on standard layouts
- Reduced-motion preference honored on animations and transitions
- Captions on all hosted video content
Known gaps
We're not perfect. Below is the list of known accessibility issues we are actively working on. Anything not on this list, please report, we will add it.
- Some chart visualizations rely on color alone; alt-text alternative views are in progress
- Calendar and scheduling drag-and-drop surfaces have keyboard equivalents but the interaction model is still being refined
- A handful of legacy report templates do not yet pass automated contrast checks on dark mode
