Privacy Policy
This policy describes what data Servora collects, how we use it, who we share it with, and the controls you have over it. It applies to servora.work, the Servora platform, and every product surface we operate.
Data we collect
We collect the information you give us when you create an account, configure your workspace, or use the platform, names, emails, billing addresses, payment method tokens, and the operational data you record about your customers, sites, equipment, and jobs.
We collect technical information automatically when you use Servora: IP address, device and browser metadata, pages and features accessed, and timing data. We use this to operate the service, prevent abuse, and improve product performance.
- Account profile (name, email, role, tenant)
- Billing details (address, tax ID, payment method tokens via Stripe)
- Workspace data (customers, sites, equipment, jobs, reports)
- Telemetry (page views, feature usage, error logs)
How we use it
We use data to provide and operate the platform, send transactional notifications you've opted into, secure the service, comply with our legal obligations, and improve the product.
We do not sell your data. We do not train third-party AI models on your tenant data. Optional AI features are scoped to your tenant and clearly labeled where they operate.
Subprocessors
We use a small set of subprocessors to run the platform. Each one is listed below with the data it touches and its location.
- Stripe, payments and billing (United States)
- AWS, primary infrastructure and storage (United States; EU available on Enterprise)
- Railway, application hosting (United States)
- PostHog, product analytics (self-hosted instance)
- Resend, transactional email delivery
- OpenAI / Anthropic, optional AI features, scoped to your tenant
Your controls
You can access, export, correct, or delete your account data from inside the platform at any time. Workspace administrators can also export every tenant artifact and request a full account deletion.
If you are based in the EU, UK, or California, you have additional rights under GDPR, UK GDPR, or CCPA. Email [email protected] and we will respond within 30 days.
Retention
Active workspace data is retained as long as your tenant is active. Audit logs follow your tier's retention window (14 days on Starter through 1 year on Business Plus, with longer windows available as an add-on).
Closed accounts are retained for 90 days to allow restoration, then permanently deleted. Billing records are retained for the period required by applicable tax law.
